Drain Cleaning
Cleaning out drains for our customers has always been a large part of our plumbing service department. We can use our traditional cable sewer machines to clear or bore holes through blockages. We have recently upgraded our drain line cleaning service with our new high pressure Hydro-Jetter. It uses 4000 PSI high pressure water and is the best method of sewer and drain cleaning available. Solid blockages are easily removed with grease, dairy waste, soap and sludge buildup on pipe walls disintegrated and washed away. Unlike cable or electric snake drain cleaning machines, jets of high pressure water scour the entire diameter of a pipe for maximum cleaning effectiveness.

Inspection of Sewer and Drain Lines
We also have cameras that we can put into your drain lines to show the internal condition of pipelines, replacing guesses with detailed diagnostic color images. Video inspections prove the added value of high pressure jetting for quality sewer and drain maintenance. Clogged sewer and drain lines are never inspected; lines must be open or cleaned prior to inspections for best results.

Dairy Plumbing Services
Mark Carpenter Plumbing, Inc. has served as the plumbing contractor for 26 dairies in our area over the past 12 years. Working on projects of this size has given us a tremendous and unique understanding of the plumbing systems of our dairy customers. Our drain line cleaning service at the dairies using our Hydro-Jetter has had terrific success because of our knowledge of these drain lines. Our Jetter hoses are capable of reaching 1000’ to clear even the most hard to reach and stubborn blockages. Our dairy service also extends to water line repairs, tube heater installation and preventative maintenance for water heaters.
